Reinaldo L\u00f3pez, el Jefe del Centro de Operaciones T\u00e9cnicas el Sub Oficial Emilio Centuri\u00f3n, el Asistente de la Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica el Sub Oficial Ruben L\u00f3pez y el \u00a0Director General del Registro del Estado Civil, el Abg.
