{"id":1300,"date":"2018-08-02T10:13:32","date_gmt":"2018-08-02T14:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.policianacional.gov.py\/identificaciones\/?p=1300"},"modified":"2022-03-14T15:37:38","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T18:37:38","slug":"requisitos-para-solicitar-cedula-de-identidad-por-primera-vez-para-ninos-y-adolescentes-hijo-de-madre-padre-de-nacionalidad-paraguaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.policianacional.gov.py\/identificaciones\/requisitos-para-solicitar-cedula-de-identidad-por-primera-vez-para-ninos-y-adolescentes-hijo-de-madre-padre-de-nacionalidad-paraguaya\/","title":{"rendered":"REQUISITOS PARA SOLICITAR C\u00c9DULA DE IDENTIDAD POR PRIMERA VEZ PARA NI\u00d1OS Y ADOLESCENTES (HIJO DE MADRE\/PADRE DE NACIONALIDAD PARAGUAYA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>REQUISITOS PARA SOLICITAR C\u00c9DULA DE IDENTIDAD POR PRIMERA VEZ, DE NI\u00d1OS\/AS Y ADOLESCENTES (Padres de nacionalidad paraguaya):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>a-<\/strong> Certificado de Acta de nacimiento original, expedido por la Direcci\u00f3n General del Registro del Estado Civil y sus oficinas filiales;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>b-<\/strong> Fotocopia del libro de acta de inscripci\u00f3n, autenticada por el Oficial de la Direcci\u00f3n del Registro del estado Civil, de conformidad al decreto reglamentario;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>c-<\/strong> Fotocopia de la C\u00e9dula de Identidad del padre o la madre;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>d-<\/strong> Certificado de Vida y Residencia expedido por la autoridad policial o judicial, en caso que el adolescente tenga 14 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>OBSERVACIONES:<\/strong> Al momento de solicitar la expedici\u00f3n de la C\u00e9dula de Identidad, el ni\u00f1o, ni\u00f1a o adolescente, deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ado por uno de los padres, guardador, tutor o curador.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En los casos de inscripci\u00f3n de nacimiento por Sentencia Judicial, a m\u00e1s de los requisitos antes se\u00f1alados, se deber\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ar copia autenticada por el actuario judicial de la sentencia respectiva (art.8 Res.215\/2020)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">En los casos que el ni\u00f1o, ni\u00f1a o adolescente se presente con un guardador, tutor o curador, el mismo deber\u00e1 presentar los sgtes documentos (art.9 Res. 215\/2020):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Fotocopia de la c\u00e9dula de identidad;<\/li>\n<li>Fotocopia autenticada por el actuario judicial de la resoluci\u00f3n judicial, o copia autenticada de la escritura p\u00fablica de la guarda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para los casos de cedulaci\u00f3n a ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as o adolescentes en ausencia de los padres biol\u00f3gicos debidamente justificada y acreditada, deber\u00e1 estar acompa\u00f1ado por un familiar hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad y presentar copia autenticada del documento de comunicaci\u00f3n al \u00f3rgano competente sobre la tenencia y suscribir una nota de pedido dirigido al jefe del Departamento.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0La solicitud de la C\u00e9dula de Identidad por primera vez es gratuita.-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REQUISITOS PARA SOLICITAR C\u00c9DULA DE IDENTIDAD POR PRIMERA VEZ, DE NI\u00d1OS\/AS Y ADOLESCENTES (Padres de nacionalidad paraguaya): a- Certificado de Acta de nacimiento original, expedido por la Direcci\u00f3n General del Registro del Estado Civil y sus oficinas filiales;
